Sports Massage

Sports Massage therapy is more remedial in the sense that it looks at your body as a whole, taking in mind your medical background, past injuries, current health status and physical conditions . Together we also talk about your future goals. It is not a one time fix therapy and we recommend at least 3 follow up sessions for better results for each problem depending on severity. 

It is a planned treatment. We aim at bringing you to what we call a maintenance level where you can carry on doing the things you love, hopefully pain free. But if pain is persisting, because you can't avoid some or all of the daily habits that caused it in the first place, we will work together to figure out the best policy for pain management that apply to you and your individual situation.
