As a fitness coach I am more interested in the mental aspect of your fitness lifestyle than the physical side which normal PT offers. The actual physical side is the easy part. My aim is to help you cultivate your "inner athlete" rather than just being physically active for exercise's sake. 

Why do you think most people relapse and give up? I see "Relapse" as "Feedback" and I will help you learn how to use that tool to your benefit!

Let's make fitness attractive for you now! Let's agree on a plan you choose to stick to just because you want to not because I say so. There is more to fitness than having a gym membership and hiring a personal trainer to tell you how to do things. I will teach you what it takes to be your own PT for life. 

I am passionate about helping you lead a healthy lifestyle for a very long time not just helping you shape up for a holiday or an event coming up and then see you go back to square one. 

My ultimate goal is to get rid of you after 12 weeks max. You can then go off and carry on being healthy and happy on your own. And if you get stuck at any point, you can always come back for a reset session as and when. 

You can do this. All you need is a different approach.
